  5. 5. Let the bulgur swell for 30 minutes.

  7. 7. Finely chop the onions.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a pan.
  9. 9. Sauté the onions until translucent.
  10. 10. Add the onions to the cooled bulgur.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with ajwar.
  12. 12. Add cumin.
  13. 13. Salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  15. 15. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
  16. 16. Whisk the eggs in a second bowl.
  17. 17. Stir the paprika powder into the eggs.
  18. 18. Add the poultry mince to the bulgur mixture.
  19. 19. Add the whisked eggs.
  20. 20. Process everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
  21. 21. Knead the mixture thoroughly.
  22. 22. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
