🥤 Icy Mint-Strawberry Refresher

Ingredients
- Strawberries
- 4 Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Raspberry syrup
- 100 ml Tonic Water
- Mint
- 60 ml Mint syrup
- Juice of two limes
- 200 ml Mineral water
- 4 Ice cubes
- Mint (and lime slices for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Put the mint syrup, ice cubes, and lime juice into the blender.
- 2. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
- 3. Pour the mint mixture into two glasses.
- 4. Fill the glasses two-thirds full with sparkling water.
- 5. Place the glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firm and slushy.
- 6. Wash the strawberries and remove the green stems.
- 7. Blend the prepared strawberries with the raspberry syrup in the blender.
- 8. Mix the strawberry puree mixture with tonic water.
- 9. Carefully pour the strawberry mixture over the frozen mint layer in the glasses.
- 10. Place the glasses back in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- 11. Take the glasses out of the freezer about 20 minutes before serving to let them thaw slightly.
- 12. Garnish the drinks with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.
