🥤 Refreshing Redcurrant Ice Drink

Ingredients
- 250 g blackcurrants
- 300 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 tbsp liquid honey
- chilled mineral water
- mint
- 0.5 lime (organic)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the redcurrants thoroughly.
- 2. Carefully remove the berries from the stems.
- 3. Puree the berries into a smooth pulp.
- 4. Press the pulp through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
- 5. Fill the smooth berry liquid into an ice cube tray.
- 6. Place the tray in the freezer for about 3 hours until the cubes are solid.
- 7. Thoroughly mix the honey with the orange juice.
- 8. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill it well.
- 9. Wash the lime under hot water.
- 10. Cut the lime into thin wedges.
- 11. Crush the frozen redcurrant cubes into small ice pieces using a hand blender.
- 12. Stir the cold orange juice into the ice.
- 13. Divide the drink among several glasses.
- 14. Top up the glasses with mineral water.
- 15. Garnish the glasses with the lime wedges and fresh mint leaves.
- 16. Serve the drink immediately.
