  2. 2. Carefully remove the berries from the stems.
  3. 3. Puree the berries into a smooth pulp.
  4. 4. Press the pulp through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
  5. 5. Fill the smooth berry liquid into an ice cube tray.
  6. 6. Place the tray in the freezer for about 3 hours until the cubes are solid.
  7. 7. Thoroughly mix the honey with the orange juice.
  8. 8. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill it well.
  9. 9. Wash the lime under hot water.
  10. 10. Cut the lime into thin wedges.
  11. 11. Crush the frozen redcurrant cubes into small ice pieces using a hand blender.
  12. 12. Stir the cold orange juice into the ice.
  13. 13. Divide the drink among several glasses.
  14. 14. Top up the glasses with mineral water.
  15. 15. Garnish the glasses with the lime wedges and fresh mint leaves.
  16. 16. Serve the drink immediately.
