  10. 10. Scrape out the remaining melon flesh with a spoon.

  12. 12. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions.
  13. 13. Cut the spring onions into coarse pieces.
  14. 14. Wash the coriander leaves.
  15. 15. Shake the coriander leaves dry.
