  3. 3. Cut the apples into thick slices.
  4. 4. Mix apple wine, water, and honey in a pot.
  5. 5. Bring the liquid to a boil.
  6. 6. Cook the apple slices in batches for four minutes in the boiling liquid.
  7. 7. Remove the apple slices with a slotted spoon.
  8. 8. Distribute the apple slices onto the plates.
  9. 9. Mix sugar, raisins, cardamom, vanilla, and cinnamon in a pot.
  10. 10. Bring the spice mixture to a boil.
  11. 11. Pour the hot sauce over the apple slices.
  12. 12. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the apples.
  14. 14. Whip the cream until stiff.
  15. 15. Fill the whipped cream into a piping bag with a nozzle.
  16. 16. Pipe the cream into the center of the apple slices.
  17. 17. Garnish the plates with some lingonberry jam.
