  9. 9. Pluck the coriander leaves from the stems.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Roughly chop the garlic.
  12. 12. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts.
  13. 13. Toast the macadamia nuts until light brown.
  14. 14. Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds.
  15. 15. Lift the seaweed out of the water.
  16. 16. Rinse the seaweed under cold water.
  17. 17. Squeeze the lime.
  18. 18. Place the seaweed in a tall container.
  19. 19. Add the coriander leaves.
  20. 20. Add the chopped garlic.
  21. 21. Add the toasted pumpkin seeds.
  22. 22. Add the toasted macadamia nuts.

  45. 45. Place small dollops of pesto around the edge as garnish.
