  6. 6. Knead the butter cubes into the flour mixture until it resembles fine crumbs.

  8. 8. Continue kneading the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky.
  9. 9. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
  11. 11. Roll out both halves thinly.
  12. 12. Lightly grease a pie dish with a diameter of 26 centimeters.

  14. 14. Wash the apples thoroughly.
  15. 15. Peel the apples.
  16. 16. Cut the apples in half.
