🍽️ Steamed fish fillets with fresh herbs and lemon

Ingredients
- 600 g fish fillet (4 fish fillets)
- 1 bunch mixed herbs (sorrel, dill, parsley and coriander)
- 1 lemon (organic)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Tear the herbs into small pieces.
- 3. Set aside a small portion of the herbs for later garnish.
- 4. Place the majority of the herbs into the steamer insert.
- 5. Wash the lemons thoroughly.
- 6. Slice the lemons into thin rounds.
- 7. Remove a few lemon slices to use as garnish later.
- 8. Add the remaining lemon slices to the steamer insert with the herbs.
- 9. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry.
- 10. Place the fish fillets on top of the herbs and lemons in the steamer insert.
- 11. Pour about 1 to 1.5 centimeters of water into the pot below.
- 12. Lightly salt the water in the pot.
- 13. Place the steamer insert with the fish into the pot.
- 14. Bring the water at the bottom to a boil.
- 15. Cover the pot.
- 16. Steam the fish for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 17. Carefully remove the steamer insert.
- 18. Sprinkle the finished fish with the reserved fresh herbs.
- 19. Garnish the dish with the reserved lemon slices.
- 20. Serve the steamed fish immediately while warm.
