  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  5. 5. Cut four squares from parchment paper, each measuring 24 by 24 centimeters.
  6. 6. Wash the lemongrass and remove the outer, tough leaves.
  7. 7. Cut the lemongrass into pieces about one centimeter wide.
  8. 8. Wash the chili and cut it in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the chili.
  10. 10. Cut the chili into fine strips.
  11. 11. Rinse the spring onions and remove the dry ends.
  12. 12. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  13. 13. Peel the ginger.
  14. 14. Cut the ginger into fine matchsticks.
  15. 15. Mix the spring onions, chili, lemongrass, lime juice, and oil in a bowl.
  16. 16. Peel the garlic cloves.
  17. 17. Press the garlic directly into the herb mixture.
  18. 18. Stir the garlic in well.
  19. 19. Place one piece of salmon on a parchment paper square.

  25. 25. Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot.
