🍽️ Steamed Salmon with Aromatic Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (with skin à 200 g)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 lime (juice)
- 2 spring onions
- 8 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp light sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the salmon evenly with salt and pepper.
- 4. Drizzle the lime juice over the fish.
- 5. Clean the spring onions and remove the dry ends.
- 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 7. Cut the spring onions into thin strips about five centimeters long.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 9. Dice the garlic very finely.
- 10. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Slowly fry the garlic over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 12. Remove the pan from the heat immediately once the garlic changes color.
- 13. Fold the cut spring onions into the warm garlic oil.
- 14. Place the salmon fillet into a steamer insert.
- 15. Bring water to a boil in a matching pot.
- 16. Place the steamer insert with the fish into the pot.
- 17. Cover the pot with a lid.
- 18. Steam the salmon for about seven minutes until cooked through.
- 19. Remove the salmon from the steamer.
- 20. Plate the fish.
- 21. Distribute the garlic oil along with the spring onions evenly over the salmon.
