🍽️ Cantonese-style steamed fish with fresh coriander

Ingredients
- 800 g fish fillet (e.g. cod)
- 3 carrots (approx. 300 g)
- 200 g celeriac
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the fish into four equal pieces.
- 4. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper.
- 5. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- 6. Peel the vegetables if necessary.
- 7. Cut the vegetables into very fine strips (julienne).
- 8. Mix the vegetable strips together in a bowl.
- 9. Place the fish pieces into a steamer insert.
- 10. Distribute the vegetable strips evenly over the fish.
- 11. Pour the wine and the broth into a pot.
- 12. Bring the liquid in the pot to a boil.
- 13. Place the steamer insert with fish and vegetables into the pot.
- 14. Cover the pot tightly.
- 15. Steam the fish for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.
- 16. Carefully remove the steamer insert from the pot.
- 17. Portion the fish onto individual plates.
- 18. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander.
- 19. Serve the soy sauce separately on the side.
