🍽️ Steamed Tuna Fillets with Coriander Crust

Ingredients
- 4 tuna fillets (approx. 150 g each)
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 1 tsp mixed peppercorns
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 8 pickled grape leaves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tuna under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Drizzle some lime juice over it. Take a mortar and pestle and coarsely crush the salt, pepper, and coriander leaves inside. Spread this seasoning mixture evenly over the fish.
- 2. Pat the grape leaves dry and place them in a steamer insert with holes at the bottom. Carefully wrap each tuna fillet in a few of these leaves. Now steam the fish in the steamer at 100 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
