  1. 1. Rinse the tuna under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel. Drizzle some lime juice over it. Take a mortar and pestle and coarsely crush the salt, pepper, and coriander leaves inside. Spread this seasoning mixture evenly over the fish.
  2. 2. Pat the grape leaves dry and place them in a steamer insert with holes at the bottom. Carefully wrap each tuna fillet in a few of these leaves. Now steam the fish in the steamer at 100 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
