🍽️ Steamed Beef and Vegetable Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 0.25 Kohlrabi
- 0.5 Zucchini
- 4 stalks green asparagus
- 12 Green beans
- 4 Beef roulades (kitchen-ready, 150 g each)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
- 2. Remove tough stems or dirty spots.
- 3. Peel the vegetables if they have a thick skin.
- 4. Cut the vegetables into sticks about 8 cm long.
- 5. Rinse the beef slices.
- 6. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Lay the meat slices flat.
- 8. Brush the meat thinly with soy sauce.
- 9. Season the meat with black pepper.
- 10. Take small amounts of the vegetables.
- 11. Form them into small bundles.
- 12. Place the vegetable bundles across the meat.
- 13. Roll the meat tightly with the vegetables.
- 14. Tie the roll securely with kitchen twine.
- 15. Place the finished rolls into a steamer insert.
- 16. Close the steamer insert.
- 17. Heat some water in a large pot.
- 18. Hang the steamer insert over the hot water.
- 19. Steam the rolls over medium heat.
- 20. Let them cook for about 1 hour.
- 21. Carefully remove the steamer insert.
- 22. Cut the kitchen twine and remove it.
- 23. Serve the warm rolls immediately.
