  3. 3. Peel the orange peel very thinly using a vegetable peeler.
  4. 4. Cut the orange peel into very thin strips.
  5. 5. Squeeze the orange and collect the juice.
  6. 6. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions.
  7. 7. Add the orange peel to the noodles 30 seconds before the end of the cooking time.
  8. 8. Drain the noodles and the peel.
  9. 9. Rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  10. 10. Mix the noodles and the orange peel with sesame oil.
  11. 11. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  12. 12. Slice the spring onions diagonally as thinly as possible.
  13. 13. Rinse the sprouts with cold water or wash them in cold water.
  14. 14. Let the sprouts drain well.
  15. 15. Mix the onions and the sprouts with the noodles.
  16. 16. Season the mixture with soy sauce, pepper, and orange juice to your taste.
  17. 17. Let the salad marinate for 30 minutes.
