🍽️ Quick Beef and Mushroom Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 400 g beef (e.g. loin or rump)
- 10 g ginger
- 2 zucchini
- 300 g oyster mushrooms
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- lemon pepper
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 0.5 lime (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 2. Pat the parsley dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 4. Set the chopped parsley aside.
- 5. Rinse the meat under running water.
- 6. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 8. Peel the ginger.
- 9. Grate the ginger finely.
- 10. Wash the zucchini.
- 11. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 12. Cut the zucchini into cubes of about 2 cm.
- 13. Clean the oyster mushrooms.
- 14. Keep small oyster mushrooms whole.
- 15. Tear larger oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
- 16. Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan.
- 17. Sear the meat briefly.
- 18. Add the grated ginger.
- 19. Add the mushrooms.
- 20. Add the zucchini cubes.
- 21. Stir-fry everything, shaking the pan frequently, for about 5 minutes.
- 22. Season the dish with salt.
- 23. Season the dish with lemon pepper.
- 24. Season the dish with cumin.
- 25. Season the dish with coriander.
- 26. Drizzle the dish with lime juice.
- 27. Taste the dish and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 28. Divide the food onto plates.
- 29. Sprinkle the parsley over the top.
- 30. Serve the dish.
