🍝 Quick Beef Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 600 g beef fillet (ready for kitchen)
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- soy sauce
- 4 tbsp soybean oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- salt
- 1 pinch sambal oelek
- 200 g green beans
- 150 g young leaf spinach
- 400 g linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tbsp peanut oil
- 35 g peanuts (unsalted)
- pepper
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the ginger.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- 7. Place the meat strips in a bowl.
- 8. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 9. Add 4 tablespoons of oil.
- 10. Add 2 tablespoons of rice wine.
- 11. Add some honey.
- 12. Season with salt.
- 13. Add some sambal oelek (a spicy chili paste).
- 14. Mix the meat with the ingredients well.
- 15. Let the meat mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
- 16. Remove the hard ends of the beans.
- 17. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 18. Boil the beans in the salted water for 7 to 8 minutes.
- 19. Add the spinach in the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
- 20. Drain the vegetables and beans.
- 21. Rinse the vegetables with cold water.
- 22. Bring fresh water to a boil and add salt.
- 23. Cook the noodles in the salted water.
- 24. Cook the noodles until they are firm to the bite.
- 25. Drain the noodles.
- 26. Heat the peanut oil in a wok.
- 27. Fry the ginger, garlic, and meat strips for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 28. Stir constantly while doing so.
- 29. Chop the nuts coarsely.
- 30. Add the cooled vegetables to the wok.
- 31. Add the drained noodles to the wok.
- 32. Fry everything together briefly.
- 33. Season the dish with salt.
- 34. Season the dish with pepper.
- 35. Add lime juice.
- 36. Place the wok pan on the table.
- 37. Serve small bowls alongside.
