  2. 2. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes in the turned-off oven before serving. Blanch the vegetable cubes for approx. 3 minutes in boiling salted water (cook briefly in boiling water), drain and let them drip dry.
  3. 3. Arrange the finished fillet on a plate and garnish with the vegetable cubes and parsley leaves.
