  6. 6. Rinse the chili peppers, cut them lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
  7. 7. Cut the chili peppers into thin strips.
  8. 8. Add the lime juice, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and teriyaki sauce to the meat.
  9. 9. Mix everything well with the chili strips.
  10. 10. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

  12. 12. Cut the carrots into sticks or slices about 1 centimeter thick.
  13. 13. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
