🍝 Quick Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry with Noodles

Ingredients
- 400 g beef (e.g. sirloin)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 lime (juice)
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 carrots
- 4 spring onions
- 300 g broccoli
- 200 g white cabbage
- 350 g rice noodles
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
- 3. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Grate the ginger finely.
- 6. Rinse the chili peppers, cut them lengthwise, and remove the seeds.
- 7. Cut the chili peppers into thin strips.
- 8. Add the lime juice, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and teriyaki sauce to the meat.
- 9. Mix everything well with the chili strips.
- 10. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 11. Peel the carrots.
- 12. Cut the carrots into sticks or slices about 1 centimeter thick.
- 13. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
- 14. Cut the spring onions diagonally into wide rings.
- 15. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 16. Wash the broccoli florets and let them drain well.
- 17. Remove the tough ribs from the cabbage and cut it into thin strips.
- 18. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 19. Drain the noodles and let them drain well.
- 20. Take the meat out of the marinade and let the liquid drain off.
- 21. Heat the oil in a hot wok.
- 22. Fry the meat briefly and at high heat.
- 23. Push the meat to the side of the wok or remove it briefly.
- 24. Add the prepared vegetables to the wok.
- 25. Fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 26. Add the noodles to the vegetables.
- 27. Mix the noodles well with the remaining vegetables.
- 28. Mix the remaining marinade with honey and sesame seeds.
- 29. Pour the sauce over the noodles and gently fold it in.
- 30. Let the sauce absorb for a short time.
- 31. Season the dish to taste with soy sauce and pepper.
- 32. Serve the dish hot.
