  3. 3. Cut the chicken into 8 equal pieces.
  4. 4. Season all meat pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Rinse the lemons under hot water.
  6. 6. Dry the lemons thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the lemons into small pieces.
  8. 8. Let the olives and capers drain well.
  9. 9. Wash the parsley under running water.
  10. 10. Shake the parsley dry.
  11. 11. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  12. 12. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  13. 13. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  14. 14. Fry the chicken pieces on all sides until golden brown.
  15. 15. Add the lemon pieces, olives, and capers to the pan.
  16. 16. Deglaze the mixture with the wine.
  17. 17. Reduce the heat to medium.
