🍽️ Wok Chicken with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g mushrooms
- 600 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 120 ml rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp palm sugar
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and garlic.
- 2. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms.
- 5. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- 6. Rinse the chicken briefly.
- 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Cut the chicken into cubes.
- 9. Heat the oil in the wok.
- 10. Fry the onions and garlic together until lightly golden brown.
- 11. Push the onion and garlic mixture to the side of the pan.
- 12. Place the chicken in the center of the wok.
- 13. Fry the meat for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 14. Push the meat back to the side.
- 15. Fry the mushrooms for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 16. Add the sesame seeds.
- 17. Mix everything briefly.
- 18. Deglaze the dish with rice wine.
- 19. Add a splash of water.
- 20. Let the dish simmer for a few minutes.
- 21. Season with soy sauce.
- 22. Season with palm sugar.
- 23. Season with pepper.
- 24. Serve the dish.
