  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms.
  5. 5. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken briefly.
  7. 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in the wok.
  10. 10. Fry the onions and garlic together until lightly golden brown.
  11. 11. Push the onion and garlic mixture to the side of the pan.
  12. 12. Place the chicken in the center of the wok.
  13. 13. Fry the meat for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly.
  14. 14. Push the meat back to the side.
  15. 15. Fry the mushrooms for 1 to 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Add the sesame seeds.
  17. 17. Mix everything briefly.
  18. 18. Deglaze the dish with rice wine.
  19. 19. Add a splash of water.
  20. 20. Let the dish simmer for a few minutes.
  21. 21. Season with soy sauce.
  22. 22. Season with palm sugar.
