  1. 1. Grind the wheat very finely.
  2. 2. Mix the finely ground wheat flour in a bowl with the white flour and the salt.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour approx. 300 ml of lukewarm water into the well, spoonful by spoonful.
  5. 5. Knead the water into the flour until a pliable dough forms.
  6. 6. Knead the oil into the dough.
  7. 7. Cover the bowl.
  8. 8. Let the dough rest in a warm place for approx. 40 minutes.
  9. 9. Form 12 to 15 equal-sized balls from the dough.
  10. 10. Flour your work surface.
  11. 11. Roll out the dough balls into flatbreads approx. 16 to 18 cm in diameter.
  12. 12. Heat a large frying pan.
  13. 13. Cook the flatbreads in the hot pan without any fat.
  14. 14. Fry each flatbread for approx. 1 to 2 minutes per side.
