🍽️ Pan-fried fish fillets with creamy onion sauce

Ingredients
- 650 g fish fillet
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 650 g onions
- 2 larger tomatoes
- 50 g butter
- 150 ml water
- salt
- 150 g sour cream
- dill tips
Instructions
- 1. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish fillets.
- 2. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
- 4. Fry the fish fillets in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Cut the onions in half lengthwise.
- 7. Slice the onions into thin strips.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes.
- 9. Quarter the tomatoes.
- 10. Remove the core from the tomatoes.
- 11. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 12. Sauté the onion strips in the remaining butter until translucent.
- 13. Season the onions with a pinch of salt.
- 14. Pour some water into the pan.
- 15. Cover the pan.
- 16. Simmer the onions on low heat for 5 minutes.
- 17. Stir Creme Fraiche into the onion sauce.
- 18. Fold in the tomato cubes.
- 19. Add fresh dill tips to the sauce.
- 20. Serve the onion sauce alongside the fried fish fillets.
