🍽️ Stir-fried Water Spinach with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp yellow bean paste
- 1.5 tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 600 g water spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 shallots
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the bean paste, 2 tablespoons of water, fish sauce, and honey together in a small bowl until smooth.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the water spinach and shake off excess water.
- 3. Cut the water spinach into pieces about 4 centimeters long.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 5. Peel the shallots and dice them finely.
- 6. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- 7. Add the oil to the hot wok and swirl it around to coat the surface.
- 8. Add the water spinach to the wok and stir-fry for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until it wilts.
- 9. Add the chopped garlic and diced shallots and stir-fry briefly.
- 10. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables.
- 11. Stir everything for another 30 seconds until the sauce thickens and the dish is ready.
