🍽️ Fried Tilapia with Spinach Sauce

Ingredients
- 125 g fresh young spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 40 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tsp capers
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 100 ml olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tilapia fillets (approx. 180 g each)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt

- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the spinach dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Remove tough stems from the spinach.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Chop the garlic roughly.
- 6. Drain the capers in a sieve.
- 7. Put the spinach into a blender.
- 8. Add the chopped garlic to the blender.
- 9. Add the Parmesan to the blender.
- 10. Add the drained capers to the blender.
- 11. Add the nuts to the blender.
- 12. Blend the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
- 13. Add oil gradually while blending.
- 14. Continue blending until the sauce is creamy.
- 15. Season the sauce with salt.
- 16. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 17. Spoon the finished sauce into small bowls.
- 18. Wash the fish fillets.
- 19. Pat the fish fillets dry.
- 20. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice.
- 21. Season the fish fillets with salt.
- 22. Season the fish fillets with pepper.
- 23. Lightly dust the fish fillets with flour.
- 24. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 25. Fry the fish fillets on the first side for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 26. Fry the fish fillets on the second side for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 27. Place the cooked fish fillets on plates.
- 28. Sprinkle chili flakes over the fish fillets.
- 29. Serve the fish fillets together with the spinach sauce.
- 30. Garnish the dish with baby spinach.
- 31. Garnish the dish with lemon slices.
