🍽️ Crispy tuna with white beans

Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks (approx. 200 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 onion
- 400 g white beans (from the can)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 125 ml vegetable stock (from the jar)
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Pour the lemon juice over the tuna steaks.
- 2. Season the fish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Dice the onion into very small cubes.
- 5. Drain the white beans in a colander.
- 6. Heat oil in a pan.
- 7. Fry the tuna steaks over low heat.
- 8. Cook the fish for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.
- 9. Cook the fish for 2 to 3 minutes on the second side.
- 10. Wrap the cooked tuna in aluminum foil.
- 11. Keep the fish warm.
- 12. Sauté the onion cubes in the pan juices.
- 13. Cook the onions until they are soft and translucent.
- 14. Pour the broth into the pan.
- 15. Add the vinegar.
- 16. Let the liquid simmer for a few minutes.
- 17. Add the drained beans to the pan.
- 18. Heat the beans in the sauce.
- 19. Season the bean mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Stir the parsley into the beans.
- 21. Serve the tuna together with the beans.
