  1. 1. Peel the turnip and cut it into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it very finely as well.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion cubes in it.
  4. 4. Add the turnip cubes to the onion and sauté them briefly together.
  5. 5. Deglaze the vegetables with broth.
  6. 6. Cook the vegetables without a lid until they are tender-crisp and the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
  7. 7. Stir the bell pepper cubes and the cream into the vegetables.
  8. 8. Let the vegetable mixture cool down slightly.
  9. 9. Pat the tuna steaks dry with a kitchen towel.
  10. 10. Put the coarse pepper into a small bowl.
  11. 11. Press the edges of the tuna steaks into the pepper so they are coated.
  12. 12. Heat oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Fry the tuna steaks in the hot oil very quickly on both sides.
  14. 14. Ensure that the fish is still raw but warm inside.
  15. 15. Season the vegetables with salt and aceto (vinegar-like seasoning).
  16. 16. Stir the parsley into the seasoned vegetables.
  17. 17. Season the tuna steaks with sea salt.
  18. 18. Serve the tuna steaks on top of the lukewarm vegetables.
  19. 19. Garnish the dish with lemon zest as desired.
