🍽️ Fried Asparagus with Bacon

Ingredients
- 20 stalks asparagus
- 20 thin slices breakfast bacon
- butter
Instructions
- 1. Peel the lower third of the asparagus, if necessary.
- 2. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus.
- 3. Bring water with salt to a boil.
- 4. Cook the asparagus in it for about 12 minutes.
- 5. Remove the asparagus from the water.
- 6. Let the water drain off.
- 7. Pat the asparagus dry with a cloth.
- 8. Wrap a slice of bacon around one asparagus spear.
- 9. Fry the wrapped spears in batches, all around, in a pan.
- 10. Keep the finished asparagus warm in the oven at 70 degrees.
