  8. 8. Wash the bean sprouts.
  9. 9. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Finely dice the deseeded chili pepper.
  12. 12. Peel the garlic.
  13. 13. Finely dice the garlic.
  14. 14. Dice the chili and garlic together.
  15. 15. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or a large frying pan on high heat.
