  2. 2. Remove the hard cores and cut the head into halves or quarters.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  5. 5. Add the radicchio and the garlic to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Fry everything until golden brown on all sides.
  7. 7. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Deglaze the dish with the vinegar.
