🍽️ Crispy Radicchio Salad

Ingredients
- 700 g Radicchio (Rosso di Treviso Tardivo)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radicchio thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Remove the hard cores and cut the head into halves or quarters.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
- 5. Add the radicchio and the garlic to the hot pan.
- 6. Fry everything until golden brown on all sides.
- 7. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 8. Deglaze the dish with the vinegar.
- 9. Let it simmer for another two to three minutes.
- 10. Plate the salad and serve it.
