🍽️ Fried Radicchio

Ingredients
- 4 Radicchio
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil (40 ml)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 40 g Pecorino (freshly grated)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean the radicchio, wash it, and pat it dry. Cut the vegetable lengthwise into quarters or eighths depending on size, but keep the base intact so the leaves stay together.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Fry it in a pan with olive oil over low heat, then set it aside. Brush the radicchio with some olive oil and fry it on all sides for about five minutes.
- 3. Mix the radicchio with salt, pepper, and the prepared garlic. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve on plates and sprinkle with grated Pecorino cheese.
