🍽️ Crispy Liver Sausage with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- 4 slices meatloaf about 150 g (Bavarian specialty, ready-made product)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 spring onion
- 4 pretzels
- 1 jar mustard
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the dry ends at the tips.
- 3. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 4. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 5. Place the slices of liver sausage into the hot pan.
- 6. Fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
- 7. Temporarily remove the liver sausage from the pan.
- 8. Heat one tablespoon of fresh butter in the same pan.
- 9. Fry the eggs as sunny-side-up eggs over medium heat.
- 10. Place the fried liver sausage onto a plate.
- 11. Place the fried eggs directly on top of the meat.
- 12. Sprinkle the prepared spring onion rings over the top.
- 13. Serve the dish with sweet mustard.
- 14. Garnish it additionally with pretzels.
