🍽️ Fried Salmon with Sprouts

Ingredients
- 700 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 150 g bean sprouts
- pumpkin seed oil
Instructions
- 1. Divide the salmon into individual portions. Drizzle with some lemon juice and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash the sprouts thoroughly and then let them drain well.
- 3. Fry the salmon in hot clarified butter (purified butter) for about three minutes on each side. Serve the fish with the sprouts on plates and drizzle the sprouts with pumpkin seed oil at the end.
