🍽️ Salmon with Honey-Chili Marinade and Pak Choi

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (with skin á approx. 200 g)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 300 g pak choi
- lemons (juice)
- 2 tsp ghee
Instructions
- 1. Remove any bones from the salmon fillet.
- 2. Crush the chili peppers in a mortar.
- 3. Mix the crushed chilis with soy sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil.
- 4. Add the marinade to the salmon.
- 5. Let the salmon marinate for about 3 hours.
- 6. Turn the fish occasionally during the marinating time.
- 7. Separate the Pak Choi into individual leaves.
- 8. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 9. Shake the leaves dry.
- 10. Chop the leaves if necessary.
- 11. Blanch the Pak Choi leaves in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Remove the leaves from the water.
- 13. Let the leaves drain.
- 14. Season the leaves with salt and lemon juice.
- 15. Heat butter in a pan.
- 16. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot butter.
- 17. Fry the salmon over low heat for about 6 minutes.
- 18. Do not turn the fish while frying.
- 19. Remove the salmon from the heat when it is cooked through.
- 20. Serve the fried salmon with the Pak Choi.
