🍽️ Crispy Fried Carp with Pomegranate

Ingredients
- 2 carp fillets (approx. 180 g each, ready for kitchen)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp wheat flour Type 1050
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 organic lemon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place the flour on a flat plate.
- 5. Turn the fish fillets in the flour until they are completely covered.
- 6. Shake off any excess flour carefully.
- 7. Wash the salad leaves and the tarragon.
- 8. Remove any damaged parts from the greens.
- 9. Shake the greens dry.
- 10. Arrange the greens on the serving plates.
- 11. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
- 12. Fry the carp fillets over medium heat.
- 13. Fry the fillets for about 3 to 4 minutes on the first side.
- 14. Fry the fillets for about 3 to 4 minutes on the second side.
- 15. Remove the cooked fillets from the pan.
- 16. Place the fillets on the prepared greens.
- 17. Extract the seeds from the pomegranate.
- 18. Wash the lemon.
- 19. Pat the lemon dry.
- 20. Slice the lemon.
- 21. Sprinkle the fillets with the pomegranate seeds.
- 22. Place the lemon slices next to the fillets.
- 23. Arrange the dish.
- 24. Serve the dish.
