  4. 4. Sauté the onions briefly while stirring.
  5. 5. Add the wine to the onions.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Cover the pan.
  8. 8. Let the onions cook covered over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the onions to taste.
  10. 10. Cut the fish fillet into 4 portions.
  11. 11. Remove any remaining bones from the fish if necessary.
  12. 12. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Drizzle the fish pieces with lemon juice.
  14. 14. Coat the fish pieces in flour just before frying.
  15. 15. Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  16. 16. Pan-fry the fish pieces in the hot butter over medium heat until golden brown.
