  2. 2. Halve the tomatoes and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the zucchini.
  5. 5. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic.
  7. 7. Halve the garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Add 1/2 liter of water, the tomatoes, garlic, zucchini, chili, and parsley to a pot.
  9. 9. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  10. 10. Season the vegetables with salt.
  11. 11. Let the vegetables cook gently for 4 to 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat.
  13. 13. Stir 2 tablespoons of cold olive oil into the vegetables.
  14. 14. Season the cod fillets with salt.
  15. 15. Pepper the cod fillets.
  16. 16. Coat the fillets in flour until lightly covered.
  17. 17. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
  18. 18. Fry the fillets in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
  19. 19. Place a cod fillet on a portion of the zucchini-tomato vegetables on a plate.
  20. 20. Serve the dish hot.
