🍽️ Crispy Broccoli with Potatoes and Grapes

Ingredients
- 1 medium broccoli
- 200 g boiled potatoes (cooked the day before, peeled)
- 10 white seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp black olives (e.g. Taggiasca or Kalamata)
- 1 tbsp herb butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 2. Wash the florets thoroughly.
- 3. Let the vegetables drain well.
- 4. Dice the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
- 5. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.
- 6. Fry the broccoli and potatoes vigorously for 5 minutes.
- 7. Shake the pan frequently.
- 8. Ensure that everything browns evenly.
- 9. Wash the grapes.
- 10. Cut the grapes in half.
- 11. Slice the olives in half.
- 12. Remove the pits from the olives.
- 13. Add the grapes and olives to the pan.
- 14. Fry the ingredients briefly.
- 15. Add the herb butter.
- 16. Stir everything well.
- 17. Wait until the butter has melted.
- 18. Season the dish with salt to taste.
- 19. Season the dish with pepper to taste.
