🍽️ Crispy Broccoli with Lemon Zest

Ingredients
- 150 g broccoli
- 2 tsp capers (jar)
- 10 g parmesan (1 piece)
- 3 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 2. Wash the florets in a sieve under running water.
- 3. Let the vegetables drain well in the sieve.
- 4. Cut each broccoli floret into four pieces.
- 5. Place the capers in a fine mesh tea strainer.
- 6. Rinse the capers briefly with water.
- 7. Let the capers drain as well.
- 8. Grate the Parmesan finely using a grater.
- 9. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 10. Shake the parsley dry.
- 11. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 12. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 13. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
- 14. Place the broccoli in the hot pan.
- 15. Fry the broccoli for about 5 minutes.
- 16. Turn the broccoli occasionally while frying.
- 17. Squeeze the half lemon.
- 18. Drizzle 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of lemon juice over the broccoli.
- 19. Season the broccoli to taste with salt.
- 20. Season the broccoli to taste with pepper.
- 21. Remove the broccoli from the pan.
- 22. Place the broccoli on a serving plate.
- 23. Sprinkle the drained capers over the broccoli.
- 24. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the broccoli.
- 25. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the broccoli.
