🍽️ Grilled Zucchini with Crispy Basil

Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice (2 tbsp each)
- orange juice (2 tbsp each)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
- 80 g parmesan (shaved)
- 1 bunch basil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini, slice it into thin strips lengthwise, and place them on a baking sheet. Brush them with 2 tablespoons of oil and grill under the preheated oven grill for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
- 2. Whisk together the lemon and orange juice with 4 tablespoons of oil, the basil cut into strips, and the garlic. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 3. Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pot and fry the basil leaves in it until crispy.
- 4. Arrange the zucchini slices decoratively on a large plate. Drizzle them with the sauce, and garnish with the fried basil leaves and shaved Parmesan.
