  1. 1. Wash the zucchini, slice it into thin strips lengthwise, and place them on a baking sheet. Brush them with 2 tablespoons of oil and grill under the preheated oven grill for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
  2. 2. Whisk together the lemon and orange juice with 4 tablespoons of oil, the basil cut into strips, and the garlic. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  3. 3. Heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a small pot and fry the basil leaves in it until crispy.
  4. 4. Arrange the zucchini slices decoratively on a large plate. Drizzle them with the sauce, and garnish with the fried basil leaves and shaved Parmesan.
