  2. 2. Drizzle the tofu pieces with soy sauce and fish sauce.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and let the marinade soak in for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Then let the tofu drain well.
  5. 5. Catch the drained marinade in a small container.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  7. 7. Shake the spring onions dry.
  8. 8. Split the spring onions in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Cut the spring onions into thin strips.
  10. 10. Put the sesame seeds into a non-stick pan.
  11. 11. Toast the sesame seeds without adding extra fat.
  12. 12. Heat both oils in a large pan.
  13. 13. Fry the tofu on each side for about 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Remove the fried tofu from the pan.
  15. 15. Distribute the tofu onto four plates.
  16. 16. Keep the tofu warm.
  17. 17. Pour the saved marinade into the hot pan.
  18. 18. Mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of water with the marinade in the pan.
  19. 19. Let the sauce heat up in the pan.
  20. 20. Stir the cornstarch smoothly into a little cold water.
  21. 21. Add the starch solution to the hot sauce.
  22. 22. Thicken the sauce slightly with it.
  23. 23. Season the sauce with cayenne pepper.
  24. 24. Drizzle the finished sauce over the tofu triangles.
  25. 25. Garnish the dish with the cut spring onions.
  26. 26. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over it.
  27. 27. Serve the dish immediately.
