🍽️ Crispy Porcini Mushrooms with Thyme

Ingredients
- 500 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the porcini mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Make slight cuts into the tips of the large mushroom caps.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Roughly chop the garlic.
- 6. Strip the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 7. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan.
- 8. Fry the garlic pieces lightly.
- 9. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
- 10. Sprinkle the thyme leaves over them.
- 11. Fry the mushrooms for about four minutes on each side.
- 12. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 13. Serve the mushrooms with baguette.
