  4. 4. Spread the parsley and garlic evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. 5. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, and rosemary to make a marinade.
  6. 6. Place the steaks side by side in the dish.
  7. 7. Pour the marinade over the steaks.
  8. 8. Cover the dish.
  9. 9. Let the steaks marinate for about three hours.
  10. 10. Turn the steaks halfway through the marinating time.
  11. 11. 20 minutes before the marinating time ends, remove the husks and silk from the corn cobs.
  12. 12. Wash the corn cobs.
  13. 13. Dry the corn cobs thoroughly.
  14. 14. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  15. 15. Prevent the butter from browning.
  16. 16. Fry the corn cobs in the butter over medium-low heat.
  17. 17. Turn the corn cobs frequently.
  18. 18. Fry the corn cobs for about 25 minutes until they are crispy and brown.
