  7. 7. Dice the onion finely.
  8. 8. Heat ghee in a heavy pan.
  9. 9. Add the potato wedges to the hot pan.
  10. 10. Fry the potatoes slowly.
  11. 11. Turn the potatoes only occasionally.
  12. 12. Add the bacon and onions at the end.
