  6. 6. Let the potato mixture cool down slightly to allow steam to escape.
  7. 7. Add the eggs and flour to the potato mixture.
  8. 8. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  9. 9. Season the dough with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Flour your hands.
  11. 11. Form finger-thick rolls from the dough.
  12. 12. Make the rolls about as long as a thumb.
  13. 13. Point the ends of the rolls.
  14. 14. Fill a pot with salted water and bring it to a gentle simmer.
