Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets à ca. 160 g (kitchen-ready)
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp pink peppercorns
- sea salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water.
- 2. Pat the fillets completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Crush both types of pepper in a mortar until you have a coarse powder.
- 4. Season the fish fillets on both sides with the ground pepper and sea salt.
