Ingredients
- 500 g shallots
- 4 tbsp butter
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel off the outer skin layers from the shallots.
- 2. Put the butter in a pan and let it melt.
- 3. Place the shallots in the hot pan.
- 4. Fry the shallots over high heat until they are golden brown.
- 5. Turn the shallots repeatedly so they cook evenly.
- 6. Season the finished shallots with salt.
