Ingredients
- 8 Giant Shrimp (frozen or fresh)
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 4 tbsp Herb Pesto
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Sprig Basil
- 1 Sprig Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Wash the shrimps thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into very small cubes.
- 3. Wash the herbs, shake them dry, and cut them into fine strips.
- 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- 5. Add the garlic to the pan and let it sweat for a short time.
- 6. Add the shrimps and cook them slowly over low to medium heat until they turn a deep red color.
- 7. Stir the pesto into the shrimps.
- 8. Sprinkle the herb strips over the top.
- 9. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 10. Toss the pan briefly to mix everything together.
- 11. Serve the shrimps with lemon wedges, rice, potatoes, or white bread.
