🍽️ Fried Turkey Strips with Mango Cream

Ingredients
- 4 Turkey cutlets (approx. 180 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Rosemary needles
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Mango
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Crème fraîche
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and slice the flesh into thin strips away from the pit. Take half of these strips and simmer them until soft in the vegetable broth, then blend them. Season the mixture with salt, vinegar, honey, and pepper, stir in the crème fraîche, and set aside.
- 2. Season the turkey cutlets generously with salt and pepper. Fry them together with the rosemary in hot oil for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the meat with the mango sauce and the remaining mango strips.
