🍽️ Sautéed Peppers with Onions and Garlic

Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 2 red onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- a few drops lemon juice
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
- 2. Remove the seeds and rinse the pepper pieces.
- 3. Cut the peppers into wide strips.
- 4. Peel the onions.
- 5. Slice the onions into rings.
- 6. Peel the garlic.
- 7. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 8. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.
- 9. Fry the pepper pieces for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 10. Add the onion rings and garlic slices to the pan after 1 to 2 minutes.
- 11. Season the dish with lemon juice.
- 12. Add salt and pepper.
