🍝 Stir-fried noodles with legumes and shrimp

Ingredients
- 150 g Chinese egg noodles
- 150 g peas (frozen)
- 150 g snow peas
- 150 g shrimp (ready for cooking)
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles exactly as instructed on the package.
- 2. Let the peas thaw. Wash the snow peas, remove the strings, and cut them diagonally in half. Wash the shrimp and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Blanch (briefly cook in boiling water) the snow peas and peas in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Then remove them and drain the water.
- 4. Fry the shrimp in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic at the end and fry it briefly. Season everything with salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and keep them warm.
- 5. Add the noodles, peas, and snow peas to the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and fry while stirring for 2 minutes. Serve the noodles in small bowls and top with the shrimp.
