  1. 1. Cook the noodles exactly as instructed on the package.
  2. 2. Let the peas thaw. Wash the snow peas, remove the strings, and cut them diagonally in half. Wash the shrimp and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Blanch (briefly cook in boiling water) the snow peas and peas in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Then remove them and drain the water.
  4. 4. Fry the shrimp in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic at the end and fry it briefly. Season everything with salt and pepper. Remove the shrimp from the pan and keep them warm.
  5. 5. Add the noodles, peas, and snow peas to the frying fat. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and fry while stirring for 2 minutes. Serve the noodles in small bowls and top with the shrimp.
